textit Respond is auto-response SMS software. Provide current/updated data to reps, customers, visitors, delegates, members, fans, tyre kickers, punters... via SMS.

You can have one standard response to all incoming message OR multiple responses, each triggered by a keyword (or number). For example: the keyword 'Stinger' sent to Cairns Tourist Info Service textit Respond number would reply with message detailing which beaches are OPEN and which beaches are CLOSED due to marine stingers. Outgoing message options. Not only can you change the outgoing message at any time by logging in to the textit console, you can have multiple specific replies by using keywords (words or numbers). For example, you can receive 'Yellow' in a text, and the automatic response text contains certain information. If someone texts in 'Red', a different response text is fired. You can reach different audiences and demographics and respond appropriately to each of them.

Message summary panel. A user friendly console displays the most recent 50 messages - making it clear and easy. It's all right there in front of you.
